TRANSSION Holdings closed yesterday at RMB 5.703 billion, down 0.4%, with a market capitalization of approximately RMB 65.652 billion.
TRANSSION Holdings received a filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission this Thursday, planning to issue no more than 132 million overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. is its sole sponsor.
BIOKIN Restarts Listing Plan
Sichuan BIOKIN, which halted its IPO last November, has restarted its Hong Kong listing plan and resubmitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange this Thursday (6th). According to the latest reports from foreign media, the fundraising amount for this listing by Sichuan BIOKIN may be around USD 600 million to USD 800 million, equivalent to HKD 4.7 billion to HKD 6.2 billion.
