CSRC issues WeRide's prospectus for listing on the US stock market

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice on the overseas issuance and listing filing of WeRide. The company plans to issue no more than 159,045,000 common shares and list on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange in the United States
