NVIDIA collaborates with OpenClaw founder to launch NemoClaw, combining the convenience of OpenClaw's agents with NVIDIA's privacy and security controls. CEO Jensen Huang emphasized the importance of OpenClaw in his keynote at GTC, calling it the operating system for open-source agents, which is expected to drive the agentification of the SaaS industry. NemoClaw integrates OpenClaw with NVIDIA's Nemotron AI model, aiming to provide enterprises with secure agent application capabilities

According to Zhitong Finance APP, NVIDIA (NVDA.US) has partnered with the founder of OpenClaw to create NVIDIA NemoClaw. This product combines the convenience of building agents with OpenClaw and the privacy and security control features required by NVIDIA for running these agents within enterprises.

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated in his keynote speech at GTC on Monday, "OpenClaw is the most popular open-source project in human history, and it achieved this in just a few weeks."

OpenClaw was created by Peter Steinberg and is an open-source, self-hosted autonomous AI agent. It was initially released in November 2025 under the name Clawdbot. Due to a trademark dispute with Anthropic, it was renamed Moltbot in January but is now called OpenClaw.

Huang compared its significance to that of HTML and Linux.

Huang stated, "It can manage large language models (LLMs), break down problems step by step, and collaborate with other agents outside the box," adding, "It has interoperability. You could say it is an operating system. OpenClaw makes the creation of personal agents open-source. Its impact is incredible."

He further noted, "Every company in today's world needs an OpenClaw strategy," and "Every SaaS company will become an 'agentic' company. But there is one point: the internal intelligent systems of enterprises may access sensitive information and communicate externally. Obviously, this is not allowed. Therefore, we are collaborating with OpenClaw to enable its enterprise-level application capabilities... Now it can connect to the strategic systems of all SaaS companies."

NemoClaw combines the capabilities of OpenClaw with NVIDIA's Nemotron AI model.

Huang said, "OpenClaw is the operating system for personal AI," and "This is the moment the industry has been waiting for—the beginning of a new renaissance in the software industry."

"OpenClaw brings people closer to AI and helps create a world where everyone has their own agent," Steinberg stated, "By collaborating with NVIDIA and the broader ecosystem, we are building 'Claws' and guardrails that allow anyone to create powerful and secure AI assistants."

"Today we announce the establishment of the Nemotron Alliance to enhance the capabilities of AI models," Huang added, "This is the renaissance of enterprise IT. This will become a multi-trillion-dollar industry. Token budgets have now become a recruitment tool in Silicon Valley. Every future software company will become a Token factory."
