NVIDIA revealed on Monday that its CEO Jensen Huang will meet with lawmakers in Washington to discuss how the United States can maintain its global leadership in the field of artificial intelligence.
A spokesperson for the chipmaker stated that Huang will engage with bipartisan members of Congress on Capitol Hill to explore the latest developments in artificial intelligence technology. The spokesperson said, "During his visit to Washington, Jensen Huang will meet with leaders from both parties in the House and Senate to discuss the United States' competitive edge in artificial intelligence, including issues related to the dominance of open-source AI technology."
According to the schedule, Huang will meet with Senate Intelligence Committee Democratic Chief Mark Warner on Tuesday.
