今日港 A 地产股集体大涨，A 股盘中还出现久违的多只地产股涨停的现象。一份网传文件显示土地出让政策调整，其中规定：单宗住宅用地溢价率不得超 15%，不得通过提高起拍价方式调整溢价率，在达到上限后可通过竞一次性合理报价、摇号、竞更高更优建筑品质方式确定竞得人。中信证券最新研报称，天津延长部分土地的出让时间，深圳中止了部分集中出让土地的挂牌，第二次集中供地具体规则面临调整。在第一次集中供地，部分城市土地成交溢价率偏高，竞争过于激烈的背景下，对地方土地供给机制的调整是大势所趋。
