LONDON, Oct 11 (Reuters) - Emerging market stocks hit their lowest level since the initial COVID-19 selloff in April 2020 on Tuesday as a wider downturn in risk assets continued. MSCI’s benchmark EM index (.MSICEF) fell to 866.41 points in a third day of falls. The index is on track for a near-30% tumble year-to-date, its worst year since the 2008 global financial crisis.
