According to the Alphasense website, the company was founded in 2011 and uses artificial intelligence to collect and share corporate documents, stock reports, news, and other data for its market research platform. Its "AI-based search engine" is used to help cancer researchers understand the latest developments in clinical trials and assist consultants in various industries in generating new business ideas. It is understood that the clients of this start-up company cover almost all major Wall Street commercial banks, including Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase (JPM.US), Wells Fargo (WFC.US), and Bain Capital.
