
South Korea’s semiconductor exports rose 25.4% year-on-year in October to US$15.74 billion, part of the 12.2% increase in ICT exports (information and communication technology) to $23.33 billion, an all-time-high for the month, media report. By region, ICT exports to Taiwan soared 60%, while Japan was the only region in which ICT exports fell.
