Price pushes up into the MA, stalls, and then sellers step in fast, which shows supply is sitting right on that level. That usually means momentum is weak and rallies are being used to sell, not to build positions. Until Tesla can break above the moving average and stay there, upside moves are likely to keep failing and price remains under pressure.
