$Alphabet(GOOGL.US) What I tend to notice is that most of the time when stocks offer bonds to raise capital, the stock starts to get sell off, once when the announcement is first made and second when it has been completed. It is completely normal especially since this is the 1st issuance of a century bond by a tech company in 30years. However, demand for the bonds surge past initial expectations, signalling that investors still believe in Alphabet and their ability to turn the Capex into profits eventually. @Bridge Buzz SG
