UBS downgrades US stock ratings, warning of multiple risks including policy and valuation
UBS has downgraded its rating on US stocks to neutral allocation while maintaining an overweight on emerging market equities. The bank pointed out that the US market faces multiple risks, including low operating leverage, downside risks for the dollar, lackluster buyback yields, and high valuations. The strategy team stated that the drawdown of the US market relative to the global market is the largest in nearly 15 years
