TSMC Arizona turned to an NT$16.1 billion (US$514 million) net profit last year from an NT$14.2B loss in 2024, media report:

-TSMC’s Japan unit lost NT$9.76B, worse than the NT$3.14B loss in 2024

-China operations hit NT$39.1B net profit
