Neoclouds like $Nebius(NBIS.US) or $IREN(IREN.US)(IREN.US) would command 1.3X higher valuation...If they renamed their datacenters to something cool.Cool Name Examples:- $POET Tech(POET.US) "Starlight"- $NVIDIA(NVDA.US) "Blackwell"But datacenters?- $IREN(IREN.US)(IREN.US) "Prince George"- $Cipher Digital(CIFR.US) "Barber Lake"Why are you naming an AI datacenter after your hair cut stylist or a British Kid nickname? I swear, nobody outside existing investors are going to hyped over Iren's "Prince George" datacenters coming online.But if everyone see's $Nebius(NBIS.US) "Singularity" AI DC coming online, that just sounds badass.
