Rate Of ReturnAMD continues to soar higher following outstanding earnings. However, I believe it is in the overbought territory and would prefer to sit on the sidelines, wait for prices to come down and stabilise before making a move. AMD's potential is real, but forward price to earnings ratio is also significantly higher than its competitors like Nvidia, so naturally the risk is also greater.
