
Wiwynn has developed a double-sided cold plate capable of 6 kW liquid cooling in a tiny 0.5U form factor – a big step up from current solutions capable of 2 kW in a 1U space, and a breakthrough for cooling next-gen AI servers, media report, citing Wiwynn President William Lin. Wiwynn is also beefing up its CPO ecosystem by partnering with Ayar Labs and Global Unichip (GUC).
