If new to following me I use a position-sizing and trade-management framework with three categories of shares: Payday shares, Trade shares, and Let it Ride shares. In simple terms my overall process (Wash, Rinse, Repeat):Calculate and enter trade shares + optional payday shares. Paydays are extra shares and add risk. I sell the payday shares quickly on strength for a fast profit and reduced risk. This helps me settle into the trade. Manage the remaining trade shares by scaling out partially and adjusting stops higher. If sufficient cushion develops, I convert some or all remaining shares into let it ride shares for a longer hold with wider stops.Source: Sunrise Trader
