I just bought 1,000 units of CapitaLand Ascendas REIT today!
Following solid Q1 results, I see this pullback as a great chance to buy while others are selling.
At S$2.49 it trades at just 1.07x P/B, with a trailing yield of ~4.91% and dividend yield at around 6%.
Looks like fair value and steady income to me! ✅
Time to trade defensively and collect passive income 😁.
