👉 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:

➤ 𝗛𝗜𝗩𝗘 signs five-year GPU cloud agreement worth approximately $𝟯𝟱𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻.

➤ Deal adds approximately $𝟳𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 in annualized revenue.

➤ 𝗕𝗨𝗭𝗭 𝗛𝗣𝗖 total ARR rises to approximately $𝟭𝟴𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻.

➤ Cluster will deploy 𝟮,𝟬𝟭𝟲 𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗜𝗔 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗚𝗣𝗨𝘀.

➤ Deployment uses 𝗚𝗕𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗡𝗩𝗟𝟳𝟮 systems and Quantum-X800 InfiniBand networking.

➤ AI infrastructure requires approximately $𝟭𝟴𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 in capital expenditures.

➤ Customer will provide an upfront deposit of approximately $𝟯𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻.

➤ Cluster is expected online during 𝗤𝟰 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 in British Columbia.

➤ HIVE expects HPC/AI daily revenue around $𝟱𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 after deployment.

➤ HIVE targets $𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 GPU cloud ARR by year-end.
