📢 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡: $Ondas(ONDS.US) Ondas to Acquire Aran Defense for Approximately $33 Million

👉 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:

➤ 𝗢𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘀 will acquire Israel-based 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 for approximately $𝟯𝟯 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻.

➤ Deal consideration consists of 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 or Ondas common stock.

➤ Aran Defense expects approximately $𝟮𝟲 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 revenue in 2026.

➤ Purchase price represents approximately 𝟭.𝟯𝘅 expected 2026 revenue.

➤ Aran Defense generated $𝟭𝟳 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 revenue in 2025.

➤ Acquisition adds approximately 𝟰,𝟰𝟬𝟬 square meters of Israeli manufacturing facilities.

➤ Ondas expects the acquisition to close during 𝗤𝟯 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

➤ Deal expands production for 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗨𝗔𝗦, 𝗜𝗦𝗥 and autonomous systems.

➤ Expands Ondas' 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 capacity in Israel.

➤ Could accelerate production as Ondas' 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 and backlog grow.

➤ Adds established engineering, prototyping and 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 capabilities.

➤ Strengthens Ondas' strategy to become a 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 defense company.
