The government (central bank) injects liquidity into the market through this drastic model, and then transmits the liquidity to the consumer market, which can be considered a model. The middle class making money (or recovering losses, or reducing losses) from stock trading can enhance their consumption capacity. This will then drive offline employment and income growth.
As for sustainability, it's not considered for now. Talking to someone lying in the ICU about what clothes to wear in 10 years is meaningless.
