Risk information indicates the hospital has been sued for tort liability disputes and medical malpractice liability disputes.

Lanling County Maternity and Child Health Hospital (Lanling County Women and Children's Hospital), with legal representative Hu Wensheng and registered capital of 15.78 million yuan, offers services including women's health, child health, maternal and child health monitoring, prenatal diagnosis, and delivery. Risk information shows that in October last year, the hospital was fined over 150,000 yuan by the Lanling County Medical Insurance Bureau for including non-medical insurance expenses in medical insurance fund settlements.
