According to U.S. Stock Research, Tianyancha intellectual property information shows that recently, Seres Automobile Co., Ltd. has applied to register multiple "AITO" trademarks, covering international classifications such as transportation tools, mechanical equipment, and metal materials. The current status of these trademarks is awaiting substantive examination.

Media reports indicate that in July this year, Seres announced that its subsidiary, Seres Automobile Co., Ltd., plans to acquire 919 registered or applied trademarks, including the Aito series, from Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, for a total consideration of 2.5 billion yuan. Not long ago, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. has transferred hundreds of trademarks, including "Aito," "AITO SELECT," and "DESIGN FOR AITO," to the company, covering international classifications such as transportation tools, scientific instruments, and advertising sales.
