美股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，上海长滩海港城商业有限公司成立，法定代表人为周君康，注册资本 1 亿人民币，经营范围含非居住房地产租赁、房地产咨询、物业管理、企业管理咨询、商业综合体管理服务、停车场服务等。股东信息显示，该公司由上港集团瑞泰发展有限责任公司、中免（北京）商贸有限公司共同持股。
据媒体报道，今年 5 月，上港集团与中免集团合作框架协议签约仪式举行，双方将共同在 “上海长滩” 项目商业综合体的后续定位、招商、运营管理等方面进行全方位合作，共同参与打造上海国际邮轮旅游度假区。
