According to US Stock Research Society, Tianyancha App shows that recently, Fujian Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial changes, adding Fujian Electronics Information (Group) Co., Ltd. and Fujian Electronics Information Industry Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) as shareholders, while the registered capital increased from 30 billion yuan to approximately 38.04 billion yuan.
Fujian Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. was established in August this year, with legal representative Chen Gongxian. Its business scope includes investment activities with its own funds. It is now jointly held by the Fujian Provincial People's Government State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the aforementioned new shareholders.
