Its business scope includes battery manufacturing, battery sales, energy storage technology services, new material technology R&D, new material technology promotion services, capacitor and related equipment sales, etc. Shareholder information indicates that the company is wholly owned by Inner Mongolia Ganfeng Lithium Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ganfeng Lithium (002460).
