An Conghui stepped down as the legal representative, succeeded by Zhu Yunfeng, while the financial officer was also changed. Currently, An Conghui remains the chairman of the company.
The company was established in April 2019 with a registered capital of 1 billion RMB. Its business scope includes the development, production, distribution, and after-sales service of lithium-ion batteries, lithium polymer batteries, fuel cells, power batteries, ultra-large capacity energy storage batteries, battery management systems, and rechargeable battery packs. It is jointly owned by CATL (300750) and ZEEKR (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
