该公司成立于 2012 年 7 月，注册资本 505 万人民币，经营范围含投资管理、文艺创作、广播电视节目制作等，由夏梅、天津领骥文化传播合伙企业（有限合伙）、黄渤等共同持股。其中，黄渤持股约 3.96%，为第三大股东。天眼风险信息显示，该公司还存在多个限制消费令及股权冻结信息。
