美股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，成都万达商业广场投资有限公司发生工商变更，原股东大连万达商业管理集团股份有限公司退出，新增坤华（天津）股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）为全资股东，同时主要人员均发生变更。
值得一提的是，股权全景穿透图显示，成都万达商业广场投资有限公司新增全资股东坤华（天津）股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）由新华保险（601336）、中金资本运营有限公司分别持股 99.9%、0.1%。此前，坤华（天津）股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）已接盘万达旗下烟台芝罘万达广场有限公司、北京万达广场实业有限公司、南京万达茂投资有限公司。
