地产股逐步抬高底部，过去跌幅过大，在未来 3-5 年存在盈利空间修复、估值修复、市场流动性热度修复的三重涨幅空间。
市场热炒半导体，情绪值得关注，但是我应该不敢参与这种品种。当然，未来会有一些半导体公司成为稳定盈利的白马股，但那是以后的，现在这个纯属热钱行情，孩怕一 B 进去就是山顶。
创新药貌似出行情比较慢，我准备继续先拿着再看后市。
昨天提了一嘴十一月初美帝选举市场很有可能高位震荡，最好是减仓调整规避下跌，我想了一下可能完全拿着现金也是一件不容易的事情。折中一下，如果卖了就拿现金买分红股吧。选来选去，港灯、电讯、中海油、中煤这些收息股都还是不错的。完全去考验人性，去空仓，也很不现实。
