Los Angeles, California, USA (October 20, 2024) — Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (Nasdaq: FFIE) ("Faraday Future," "FF," or the "Company"), a global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem company headquartered in California, today announced the launch of a global logo co-creation design contest for its second brand, "FX." The company invites all interested creators to submit their design ideas for the FX logo. Just like the highly acclaimed FF logo, FX also needs a unique logo that is not only one-of-a-kind but also draws inspiration from the origins of the FX brand. Therefore, in the spirit of co-creation and sharing, FF invites you today to join us in setting a new industry benchmark for logo design.
The submission deadline for the contest is November 22, 2024, at 5:00 PM (Pacific Time), open to individuals aged 18 and above from any country or region, except where prohibited by law. The grand prize winner will receive an FX co-creation contract worth $30,000. The grand prize winner will also be required to provide further design-related advisory services for the Faraday X brand.

On September 19, the company officially launched its dual-brand strategy, announcing the release plan for its second brand, Faraday X (FX), and its first batch of products, including AIEV products designed to deliver "twice the performance at half the price" for our future users through innovative approaches.
The brand slogan of Faraday X is: "Co-Creation, Enabling Everyone to Own an AIEV." The inspiration for the FX brand is deeply rooted in FF's unique DNA and perfectly reflects the logic of the mathematical function y=f(x), where x is the independent variable, f represents the corresponding rule, and y represents the final result.
For the FX brand, X represents our users, partners, industry, and infinite possibilities. F not only stands for FF but also signifies the mutual empowerment and open-source collaboration between FF and "X," together creating value. This synergy between F and X will lead to blockbuster products and generate value to be shared by all.
The first batch of FX models, known as the FX 5 (estimated price range: $20,000–$30,000) and FX 6 (estimated price range: $30,000–$50,000), will offer two powertrain configurations: extended-range AIEV and pure electric AIEV. The first model is planned to roll off the production line by the end of 2025, provided that the necessary funding is secured.

Award Prizes:
Grand Prize: One winner will receive an FX co-creation contract worth $30,000. The grand prize winner will also be required to provide further design-related advisory services for the FX brand. All terms and conditions of the co-creation contracts, including the scope of services and payment schedule, will be specified in a separate agreement. The winner must accept the agreement within 15 days; otherwise, the contract will be withdrawn.
Finalist Prizes: 15 winners will receive FX brand merchandise packages. The specific contents of the merchandise packages may vary depending on availability.
Participation Prize: All eligible U.S. participants who successfully submit qualified designs will receive a $100 voucher for booking an FX vehicle. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. It can only be used for booking FX vehicles and is subject to the terms and conditions of the vehicle booking process.
