$iShares 25+ Year Treasury STRIPS Bond ETF(GOVZ.US)Start dollar-cost averaging on this security, current price 9.85, yield 4.69% annually. The underlying stock has low holding friction (almost negligible), price trend is unpredictable but according to Trump trading logic there's still some downside potential. However, the yield has already hit my 4.7% entry point. As a pure income play, the yield looks decent, especially with monthly distributions - finding high yields is quite challenging nowadays. For short-to-medium term trading, the holding experience might be painful in the next couple quarters, but from a long-term perspective, 4.69% is hardly low by any measure.
