Over the past 15 years, I have skillfully supervised a range of operational responsibilities, such as intelligence collection programs, talent acquisition, operational direction, resource forecasting and allocation, and driving automation and digital processes to improve organizational performance. Known for applying critical thinking skills to analyze and identify potential growth and problem areas in order to develop risk mitigation plans and implement end-to-end change processes that improve efficiency and productivity. In the past year, I have thrived in leading, training, mentoring, and guiding 60 employees and 4 middle managers responsible for intelligence collection programs. My ultimate goal is to develop employees' ability to think, communicate, and collaborate.
