The most important reasons why people in this community lose money are three points:
1. Blindly copying the trades of influencers, whether it's stocks or options.
2. Not knowing how to cut losses, buying on small dips, and then thinking they're value investors when they get trapped. Or starting out as genuine value investors but buying too early, getting trapped, and missing the entire bull market rally.
3. Liking to call this and call that with options of 3 months or less. Theta decay and non-trending markets will erode your principal. This is also why I don't like to post on Longbridge.
