FF EAI robots are expected to exceed the first delivery month's target of 20 units by the end of the month; the FCC certification process for Aegis is expected to be completed next week.
Today is the first time filming the weekly report at the new headquarters in Silicon Beach. First, I'd like to share something very meaningful to me personally. Following Harvard CS and Carnegie Mellon's robotics program, my child has just officially received a full-time graduate offer from Stanford's CS department, the top university in the AI field. This is also the institution my child has dreamed of the most. I'm truly happy and proud for him.
The good news about my child's studies has further deepened my sense of mission to strive in the EAI field, as time waits for no one.
March is the "first delivery month" for FF's EAI robots. The first step is always the hardest, but we achieved a "good start." We have completed the signing of 22 sales contracts, including humanoid and bionic robots, ahead of schedule. By the end of the month, we will exceed the target of shipping 20 units for the first delivery month, and we expect to complete Aegis's FCC certification process next week. This is a good start for the target of shipping 200 units in the first delivery quarter.
At the same time, we have focused on exploring and refining scenarios such as "Human + Vehicle + Education, Research, Performance, Retail, Airbnb Operators," continuously realizing the "633 industry application and practical value."
Moving forward, through continuous delivery, ramp-up, and scenario expansion, we aim to amplify the flywheel effect of FF as the first U.S. company to deliver humanoid and bionic robots. We hope to replicate Tesla's flywheel effect in electric vehicles, data, and FSD within the EAI robotics industry, creating a "Terminal - Data - Brain" cyclical evolution flywheel effect: "mass terminal delivery and deployment — data collection and training — feeding the AI brain — improved terminal product capability — faster sales and deployment growth — more data — enhanced AI brain intelligence." This will quickly transform the first-mover advantage of being the first to deliver into a sustained leading position.
Other progress this week:
S1 User Ecosystem:
FF participated in the annual public safety initiative "March on Crime" led by the Houston Police Department and organized jointly with the community and businesses. Local government officials, including the Mayor of Houston, were all in attendance. FF showcased the application and practical value of Aegis and Master in security and public safety scenarios at the event: Aegis achieves intelligent patrols and security visualization through fixed-point patrols; Master provides information services and crowd guidance through natural interaction and dynamic movement, becoming a long-term safety partner for the community. Next, we will also cooperate with Houston and more U.S. government departments to implement the application of FF robots in community and urban security scenarios as soon as possible.
S2-3 EAI "Human + Vehicle" Technology Platform and Super One:
FF has successfully enabled cross-platform voice dialogue capabilities between EAI EV and EAI robots. Multimodal interaction capabilities are now shared and reusable across terminals, further strengthening Super One's product capabilities and differentiated user experience.
S5 Capital and Finance:
FFAI will hold its 2025 full-year earnings call and announce its Q4 and full-year 2025 financial results at 7:30 AM Beijing Time on April 1 (4:30 PM U.S. Time on March 31, after market close). The call will focus on the initial results of the EAI strategic upgrade and significant improvements in the operating system. Shareholders and investors are welcome to listen in and follow along.
