On March 31, NVIDIA invested $2 billion in Marvell and established a strategic partnership, which will connect Marvell to the NVIDIA AI Factory and AI-RAN ecosystem via NVLink Fusion, and will also collaborate on silicon photonics technology.

Key points: 1️⃣ Scale-up is the industry focus in '26: NV further bets on heterogeneous computing, expands the NVLink camp, and accommodates third-party XPUs into the NVLink network system based on NVLink Fusion.

2️⃣ NVIDIA's development ecosystem continues to expand: It has previously made $2 billion equity investments in Synopsys, Coherent, Lumentum, and Nebius, and is continuously deploying along the cloud-photonics-computing chain.

3️⃣ Computing power solutions enter the deep waters of network bottlenecks: Supplementing silicon photonics, co-packaging, and advanced lasers, high-speed optical/electrical connections have become the bottleneck of computing power systems.

Key targets: Optical communication: Yuanjie Technology (Golden Stock in March, up over 50%), Shijia Photon (newly added Golden Stock in April), and InnoLight/New Eoptik/HuaGong, etc. The CPO/silicon photonics industry chain benefits. Overseas computing network: LITE, Coherent, as well as Broadcom, Arista, CLS, etc.
