$COSMO LADY(02298.HK) Ms. Wu Xiaoli, an executive director, increased her holdings in the company by a total of 3,078,000 shares in the open market from April 13 to 15, 2026, at an average price of approximately HK$0.366 per share. After the increase, Ms. Wu and her spouse, Mr. Zheng Yaonan, jointly hold 805,512,201 shares in the company, representing 35.81% of the company's issued shares.

Since April 2026, the company's key management, including Ms. Wu and Vice Chairman & Executive Director Mr. Zhang Shengfeng, have successively increased their holdings in the open market, demonstrating management's confidence in the company's value and development prospects.

Regarding e-commerce, Ms. Wu expressed confidence in achieving the 2026 GMV target of RMB 7 billion.
