It's a big year for optical communications. I'll try applying for an IPO, but I won't add leverage. Even with so many cornerstone investors, I've been burned before.
Consider this an attempt, and also to see how much Longbridge's IPO subscription fees actually are. I've applied many times this year and haven't won any allocation. Not sure if I'll get the one I want most this time.
