As of the previous trading day, the fund had a net inflow of 374 million yuan over the past week, 999 million yuan over the past month, 3.407 billion yuan over the past three months, 5.678 billion yuan over the past six months, and 7.357 billion yuan over the past year.
On April 21, CATL held a new product launch event for its Super Technology Day, officially releasing six major achievements, including a new sodium-ion battery, to provide more diverse and efficient new energy solutions for different travel scenarios and user needs. Company executives stated that sodium-ion batteries have broad application prospects in travel scenarios such as high temperatures and extreme cold, as well as in the energy storage field. The core issues in the manufacturing process have been resolved, and large-scale mass production of sodium-ion batteries is expected to be achieved in the fourth quarter of this year.
Dongguan Securities research report pointed out that the industrialization of sodium batteries is expected to accelerate. Sodium batteries have good comparative advantages in niche sectors such as energy storage, electric two-wheelers, start-stop power supplies, and new energy passenger vehicles below the A0 segment. By 2025, sodium batteries are expected to achieve large-scale application in the aforementioned core scenarios, with energy storage being the largest application market, accounting for over 50% of the share. Annual shipments are projected to nearly double year-on-year, and according to Xinluo Sodium Battery forecasts, 2026 shipments are expected to see further significant growth.
The E Fund Energy Storage Battery ETF (159566) tracks the Guozheng New Energy Battery Index, which selects 50 listed companies in related fields such as battery manufacturing, energy storage battery inverters, energy storage battery system integration, and battery temperature control and fire protection.
