$ES SERVICES(01995.HK) currently has a dividend yield of 12% and an annual share repurchase rate of 5%, which is 1.12/0.95=1.178947, an annualized return of 17.8%. Even without factoring in the expectation of inclusion in the Stock Connect program and a housing price reversal, one can just lie flat.
