I saw a true story.
A woman, after graduating from junior high school, went to work in Guangzhou, got hooked on drugs, and started selling herself to support her addiction.
Her family caught her and locked her on the third floor.
She imitated a movie scene by tying a bedsheet to the window to climb down—it wasn't tied tightly enough, she fell, suffered a comminuted fracture of her femur, and became crippled.
Another guy, very handsome, also did drugs.
A group of female addicts supported him.
Finally, he overdosed and died.
One crippled, one gone.
That's how a life ends.
