$Sandisk(SNDK.US) The market action tonight is actually quite straightforward; money is moving from software into storage and AI hardware. SanDisk rose over 10%, with Micron and Western Digital also surging together, as the market begins to believe this round of storage price hikes is not just a flash in the pan.

SanDisk's earnings, long-term customer contracts, and large-scale buybacks are all very solid, but don't get carried away after such a sharp consecutive rally, everyone. If it can hold at $1800, there will be a chance to touch $1900–2000 later. If it falls back near $1700, you need to be careful about profit-taking.

I took some profits at $1800, bringing my cost basis down to around $700. However, software stocks aren't completely out of the picture; it's just that AI is currently rewarding the 'shovel sellers' (hardware companies) first. Traditional software still needs to prove it won't be replaced by AI.

My view is: SanDisk remains biased towards the upside in the medium term. Those holding shouldn't be easily shaken out. Those who haven't entered shouldn't chase the big bullish candles, as it's easy to get hit. For software stocks, let's watch for divergence first; only those with strong cash flows and AI models that can truly monetize are worth holding.

Last time I took profits on Microsoft, selling more than half and leaving just a few dozen shares, slowly shifting them to Google. For other sectors, I've been gradually adjusting into Jack Ma's company. I'll say no more; this is not investment advice.
