$Dell Technologies-C.US NVIDIA announced yesterday it will guarantee up to $105 billion for OpenAI's data center in Ohio. The first phase, with a capacity of 800 MW, won't be operational until 2028; OpenAI will only start paying once compute power is available for rent.
