NVIDIA Return Rate
BroadcomI've noticed an interesting phenomenon: the stock prices of NVIDIA and TSMC are highly synchronized. As a key customer of TSMC, it makes logical sense for them to move in tandem.
In fact, besides NVIDIA, Apple, MediaTek, AMD, Qualcomm, and Broadcom are also major clients of TSMC. This means that whether you bet on GPUs or CPUs, PCs or mobile terminals, or data centers, TSMC remains an indispensable player.
By focusing entirely on manufacturing and avoiding competing with its customers, TSMC allows excellent chip design firms like NVIDIA and Apple to maximize their D-design and S-marketing capabilities. This generates massive orders for TSMC, creating economies of scale, while simultaneously accelerating the iteration and optimization of TSMC's production processes, making it difficult for competitors to catch up in terms of both scale and technology.
If AI is not a bubble, TSMC should be the most certain investment, hands down.
