松果财经讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，豫信空天产业（河南）股权投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）成立，执行事务合伙人为河南信息产业私募基金管理有限公司，出资额 2 亿人民币，经营范围为以私募基金从事股权投资、投资管理、资产管理等活动。合伙人信息显示，该基金由豫信电子科技集团有限公司、郑州航空港科创投资集团有限公司、广东无忧车享科技有限公司等共同出资。
据大河财立方报道，10 月 14 日，豫信电科及其下属信产基金与航空港科创集团签署合作协议，共同发起成立豫信空天产业股权投资基金。该基金总规模 2 亿元，旨在抢滩布局商业航天、低空经济等航空航天产业发展新赛道，助力郑州航空港区打造成为河南航空航天产业的前沿阵地。
