Dear FF and FX colleagues, FF global shareholders, investors, partners, and fans, hello everyone!
Just now was undoubtedly the most exciting moment for all Futurists over the past two years—the first pre-production FX Super One rolled off the line at the Hanford factory right on schedule as we promised on 9/19 last year!
This moment belongs to everyone who has persevered with us until today. Here, I extend my gratitude to all who have worked hard and made efforts for this.
Additionally, today we will also announce major plans for FX and the Bridge Strategy, looking forward to a fruitful 2026 together with you all.
As a "new species" pioneering the era of embodied intelligence in automobiles, the first vehicle rollout marks one of the most critical steps toward mass production and delivery for Super One, as well as the "First KPI" for 2025. This also signifies the initial completion of FF's global automotive industry Bridge Strategy in the U.S.
The Middle East began deliveries in late November and will deliver the FX Super One to Ras Al Khaimah Innovation City in the UAE on the 22nd, further deepening government collaboration and continuous deliveries.
The FX Super One is the second model to roll off the line at FF AI-Factory after the FF 91, and the first mass-market model. This rollout carries five key values and significances:
1. It fully validates the team's capabilities in localized product development, manufacturing, and testing, laying a solid foundation for subsequent mass production and delivery, while also providing a replicable rapid mass-production system for the scaled rollout of future FX models.
2. It enters the phase of real-user experience, co-creation, and sales validation, further strengthening the confidence of FX Par partners and pre-order users across all U.S. states.
3. As a disruptor to the Escalade in the EAI era, the FX Super One will fundamentally transform the awkward lack of product diversity in U.S. premium business and family mobility, driving consumption upgrades among American users.
4. It fills structural gaps and blue-ocean opportunities in the U.S. market, facilitating manufacturing reshoring and the overseas expansion of China's automotive supply chain, while unlocking value in the U.S., the world's highest-value market.
5. It lays the groundwork for on-chain verification of EAI EV assets and the launch of EAI + RWA integrated products, accelerating the release of maximum value from the "FFAI + AIxC" dual-flywheel, dual-bridge, dual-listing system.
Today's rollout marks a great start to the upcoming new year. Looking ahead to 2026, we have set clear goals and execution plans, going all out to continue delivering on our promises.
First, a major announcement: the China-U.S. Automotive Industry Bridge will officially upgrade to the China-U.S. EAI Industry Bridge. We will hold a significant unveiling of the bridge upgrade and a private showcase of new product categories during CES in Las Vegas on January 7, opening a new chapter for the FF EAI Flywheel. Stay tuned!
On January 4, I will release the New Year outlook. On January 7, FF Shareholder Day will also announce the complete mass production, sales, delivery, service, and ramp-up plans and timelines for Super One, along with the five-year BP execution plan.
During CES, we will also host a series of Super One co-creation and experience events, kicking off the 2026 nationwide co-creation sales campaign.
We also plan to hold a product strategy launch for FX's second model, the FX 4, in Q1, advancing the vision of "enabling everyone to own an EAI EV" sooner.
Furthermore, we will fully promote the reverse empowerment of AIxC for FFAI, including projects like EAI on-chain and FFAI stock tokenization, accelerating the construction of a next-gen integrated ecosystem of "EAI mobility + Web3 + blockchain + crypto asset applications."
Today's FX Super One rollout is a brand-new starting point. I believe 2026 will be the most important milestone year in FF's history. We will use one tangible achievement after another to unlock the true value of FF and FX, rewarding all loyal shareholders, partners, users, and employees.
