$XIAOMI-W(01810.HK) held a press conference on the latest progress of Xiaomi's automotive business at the Beijing Auto Show today, announcing not only impressive delivery figures but also officially previewing its second major model, a high-performance sports car-level SUV - the Xiaomi YU7 GT, which will be officially launched at the end of May. At the same time, Xiaomi's first concept car, the Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo, also made its debut in mainland China, showcasing its technological prowess and global strategy comprehensively.

New Generation SU7 Sales Boom, Over 26,000 Units Delivered in 35 Days

Since launching the new generation SU7, Xiaomi has received an enthusiastic market response. As of April 23rd, locked orders for the new generation SU7 have exceeded 60,000 units, and delivery volume surpassed 26,000 units in just 35 days. Over the past 24 months, Xiaomi's automotive models have achieved a cumulative delivery volume exceeding 655,000 units, quickly establishing a foothold in the fiercely competitive smart electric vehicle market.

Recently, Xiaomi also demonstrated the long-range endurance challenge results of the new generation SU7 Pro. This model successfully completed a 1,313-kilometer journey from Beijing to Shanghai earlier, requiring only one charge en route, with an average energy consumption of just 14.6kWh/100km, proving that its battery technology and energy management system have reached industry-leading levels.

In terms of performance, the new generation SU7 Max set a lap time of 1 minute 37.974 seconds at the Zhejiang International Circuit, becoming the "fastest four-door mass-produced car under RMB 500,000," and its lap time overall ranking placed fifth among four-door mass-produced cars, surpassing a host of traditional million-level performance sports cars.

Xiaomi YU7 GT to Debut at End of May, Targeting High-Performance SUV Market

With its unique driving appeal and positioning as a luxury high-performance SUV, the Xiaomi YU7 continues to lead the market. As of April 23rd, the model's cumulative deliveries have exceeded 230,000 units, with its strength widely recognized by the market. The highlight of this press conference was undoubtedly the preview of the new model, the Xiaomi YU7 GT. Positioned as a "sports car-level SUV suitable for long-distance travel," the Xiaomi YU7 GT will be officially launched at the end of May this year, featuring three core highlights:

Powerful Performance - Maximum horsepower reaches 1,003 hp, with a top speed of 300km/h, performance parameters rivaling top-tier supercars.

Balanced Range - Even under high-performance settings, the CLTC comprehensive range reaches 705 km, breaking the stereotype of short range for electric performance vehicles.

German-Style Tuning - To create an ultimate driving experience, Xiaomi established a European R&D center for its automotive business. The Xiaomi YU7 GT is the first product deeply involved in the development by the European R&D center team, embodying top global engineering and design wisdom.

Vision GT Concept Car Debut Showcases Future Design Blueprint

Simultaneously, Xiaomi also presented its forward-looking design exploration project - the Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo concept car. The Xiaomi Vision GT originates from the concept car project of SONY's renowned simulation driving platform, GT, which focuses on future supercar development. Xiaomi is the first Chinese brand and technology company invited to participate in this project.

This concept car adopts an innovative "inverted lift body" design, which can generate immense downforce through aerodynamics without the need for an additional large rear wing. Its aerodynamic efficiency reaches 4.1, far exceeding that of most top-tier supercars. This not only demonstrates Xiaomi's vision for future automotive aerodynamics but also highlights its identity as a technology company that challenges tradition and dares to innovate.
